Here’s a natural herbal remedy for treating bloating

 Ingredients:

– Ginger: 1 teaspoon (grated or powdered)
– Mint: 1 teaspoon (dried or fresh)
– Cumin: 1 teaspoon (ground)
– Chamomile tea: 1 teaspoon (dried)
– Honey (optional): 1 teaspoon for sweetening the drink
– Water: 2 cups

 Preparation Method:

1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. When the water is boiling, add the ginger, mint, cumin, and chamomile.
3. Let the ingredients boil together for 5-10 minutes.
4. After that, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
5. Strain the drink using a sieve and pour it into a cup. If you like it sweet, you can add honey.
6. You can drink this beverage 2-3 times a day, especially after meals.

 Notes:

– It’s important to avoid carbonated drinks and fatty foods that may worsen bloating.
